Blinkit Commerce Pvt Ltd is hiring for a Real Estate Legal Support role at its Gurugram office. The position involves reviewing property documents and title deeds, conducting real estate legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing legal support to the Real Estate team and other business functions.
• Review property documents and title deeds
• Conduct and support real estate legal due diligence
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations
• Analyse legal and commercial risks
• Assist in resolving legal issues arising from day-to-day business operations
• Prepare and maintain legal documents, notices and internal policies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Provide practical legal recommendations to business teams
• LL.B. or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Law
• 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
• Prior experience in real estate legal due diligence is mandatory
• Strong understanding of statutes, regulations and case law
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and organising contracts and legal documents
• Strong analytical and legal risk-assessment skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle commercial, corporate and operational legal issues
• LL.M. or specialised training in corporate/commercial law is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
