The organisation is inviting applications from LL.B. students for a Legal Intern position in Powai, Mumbai. Interns will gain hands-on experience in corporate legal matters, secretarial work and compliance while working alongside experienced professionals.
• Assist the legal team with corporate legal matters
• Support corporate secretarial activities
• Assist with legal and regulatory compliance work
• Conduct legal research as assigned
• Support preparation and review of legal documents
• Assist the team with ongoing corporate legal assignments
• Gain practical exposure to in-house legal operations
• Candidates currently pursuing LL.B.
• Interest in corporate law, compliance and legal operations
• Ability to conduct legal research and support assigned tasks
• Willingness to learn and work in a corporate environment
