Juris At Work is hiring a Part-Time Paralegal to assist with Personal Injury (PI) and litigation matters in the U.S. states of Georgia, Florida and Texas. The position requires prior hands-on litigation experience and the ability to independently manage assigned work with minimal supervision.

• Provide litigation support for personal injury matters
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery and correspondence
• Assist with preparation of other litigation documents
• Handle Open Records Requests
• Conduct thorough factual and legal research
• Support PI litigation matters in Georgia, Florida and Texas
• Independently manage assigned tasks
• Maintain accurate and organised case records
• Communicate effectively with the legal team

• Minimum 2 years of relevant paralegal/litigation experience
• Strong experience in Personal Injury (PI) cases and litigation support
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
• Experience drafting complaints, motions, discovery and correspondence
• Ability to handle Open Records Requests
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Diligent, organised, proactive and hardworking
• Comfortable working with U.S. litigation matters, particularly Georgia, Florida and Texas
LPO experience preferred
