ASAP Legal is expanding its team and is hiring a full-time, on-site Lawyer in Mumbai. The role involves drafting legal documents, preparing legal arguments and representing the firm and its clients before various courts. Candidates with experience in banking and financial matters will be preferred.
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents
• Assist with case-related work
• Support the team on ongoing legal assignments
• Apply legal research and analytical skills to assigned matters
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India / respective State Bar Council
• Licensed to practise law in India
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, negotiation and dispute resolution
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents and agreements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates with exposure to banking and financial matters preferred
