NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is offering a paid, in-office legal internship in New Delhi. The internship provides students with practical exposure to legal research, drafting, critical thinking and problem-solving. The internship may be extended based on the intern's performance.
• Conduct legal research on assigned matters
• Assist with legal drafting and documentation
• Analyse legal issues and conduct case-law research
• Assist the legal team with ongoing assignments
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Meet assigned deadlines and maintain work quality
• Adapt to different legal assignments and requirements
• 4th/5th-year students of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme
• 2nd/final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme
• Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) preferred
• Basic familiarity with SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.
• Good legal research and drafting skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and ability to meet deadlines
