Adv. Namisha Jain is inviting applications from law students for a Legal Internship involving matters before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. The internship will provide exposure to criminal, white-collar and regulatory litigation, including matters under major economic and corporate statutes.
• Assist with legal research on ongoing litigation matters
• Conduct case-law and statutory research
• Assist with legal drafting and preparation of litigation documents
• Support preparation of cases before the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court
• Assist with criminal and white-collar litigation matters
• Work on matters involving PMLA, IBC and Companies Act
