The Legal Team at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited is hiring 2 Law Interns for its Litigation and Contracts & M&A verticals. The opportunity is suitable for senior law students seeking practical exposure to in-house corporate legal practice.
• Assist with litigation-related legal work
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
• Assist in drafting pleadings, notices and legal documents
• Support contract drafting and review
• Assist with M&A-related legal assignments
• Prepare legal memos and research notes
• Analyse legal and commercial issues
• Support the legal team in ongoing corporate matters
• 4th and 5th-year law students
• Prior drafting experience in pleadings, contracts, notices, memos, etc.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Good analytical abilities
• Quick thinking and adaptability
• Genuine interest in corporate legal practice
