Adv. Kinjal Dedhia & Associates is inviting applications for 2 Legal Intern positions for final-year law students. The internship provides hands-on exposure to matrimonial and family law, with an emphasis on long-term practical learning and litigation experience.
• Assist with legal research and drafting
• Prepare case summaries and reports
• Assist with ongoing matrimonial and family law matters
• Support court proceedings and accompany seniors to court
• Coordinate with senior associates on assigned matters
• Assist with day-to-day litigation work
• Undertake other legal tasks as assigned
• Final-year law students only
• Genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in family law litigation
• Prior family law internship experience preferred
• Strong computer, legal research and drafting skills
• Good command of English, with spoken English, Hindi and Marathi preferred
• Fast typing skills
• Comfortable travelling by public transport and attending court
• Candidates residing in Mumbai suburbs preferred
• Willingness to follow office policies and code of conduct
