My Legal Partners (MLP) is hiring an Associate for Legal Contracts at its New Delhi office. The role is suited to legal professionals with approximately 1 year of experience and a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, review, redlining, risk assessment, compliance and legal research.
• Draft and review contracts and legal agreements
• Negotiate contractual terms and provisions
• Conduct contract redlining and identify legal/commercial risks
• Undertake contractual risk assessment
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Conduct legal research relating to contractual and commercial matters
• Assist with contract management and documentation
• Work with the team on assigned legal and contractual matters
• Law graduate / legal professional
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong experience in contract drafting
• Good understanding of contract review and negotiation
• Familiarity with redlining and risk assessment
• Knowledge of legal compliance and legal research
• Strong analytical and communication skills
