Vohra & Vohra is hiring Assessment Interns (IPR) / Trainee Associates for two vacancies. The opportunity is designed for candidates seeking practical exposure to Intellectual Property law, particularly IP prosecution, litigation-related drafting and legal research.
• Draft Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification applications, Notices and Rejoinders
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex IP matters
• Use standard legal databases for IP-related research
• Assist senior lawyers with case analysis
• Review precedents and prepare case summaries
• Draft legal memoranda, briefs and opinions
• Assist with preparation of initial case documentation
• Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form
• Minimum 4 months of prior internship experience in IP Law
• Candidates interested in building a career in Intellectual Property law
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to undertake IP drafting and research assignments
