The Chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. Om Prakash is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Full-Time). The opportunity is suitable for fresh law graduates and junior lawyers with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience, including freshers with relevant internship experience.
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
• Prepare briefs and notes for court hearings
• Assist during court appearances before the Delhi High Court
• Maintain case diaries and manage cause lists
• Coordinate with clients and counsels
• Assist with civil and commercial litigation matters
• Support preparation and management of ongoing cases before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court
• LL.B. graduate
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• 0–2 years PQE
• Freshers with relevant internship experience may apply
• Good legal research skills
• Strong communication skills
