Aeren LPO is hiring Legal Professionals / Legal Associates for openings in US Litigation and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The opportunity is open to both experienced legal professionals and freshers, with immediate joiners preferred.
• Provide legal support for US litigation matters
• Assist with litigation-support activities for international clients
• Support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist with legal drafting and documentation
• Support contract review and management
• Assist with compliance and regulatory matters
• Work with global law firms and corporate legal teams
• Handle assigned legal tasks within deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with experienced legal professionals on international projects
• B.Com LL.B. or BBA LL.B.
• Freshers may apply
• Experienced lawyers and legal professionals may apply
• Candidates with court-based experience are welcome
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Experience/exposure in litigation support, compliance, contracts or regulatory matters is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
