IndianOil is inviting applications for the position of Law Officer (Grade A) in its 2026 recruitment. The opportunity is suitable for qualified law graduates with relevant post-qualification experience.• Provide legal advice on matters concerning IndianOil's business and operations
• Provide legal advice on matters concerning IndianOil's business and operations
• Conduct legal research and analyse applicable laws, regulations and judicial decisions
• Draft, review and vet agreements, contracts, notices and other legal documents
• Assist in litigation and dispute-resolution matters before courts, tribunals and other authorities
• Coordinate with external advocates and legal professionals
• Examine contractual and commercial legal issues
• Advise internal departments on legal and regulatory compliance
• Prepare legal opinions, briefs and case-related documents
• Monitor legislative, regulatory and judicial developments relevant to the organisation
• Assist in managing legal disputes and other matters handled by the legal department
• LL.B. degree required
• Minimum 2 years of post-LL.B. experience
