Apex Legal Eagles is inviting applications for Legal Interns to join its Real Estate Transaction Team. The internship is suitable for law students interested in real estate law and transactional practice, with an opportunity to gain practical exposure through legal research and transaction-related work.
• Conduct legal research relating to real estate transactions
• Analyse relevant statutes, regulations and case laws
• Assist with real estate transaction-related documentation
• Review and analyse legal documents and transaction papers
• Assist with due diligence and identification of legal issues
• Support the team in transactional and advisory assignments
• Prepare research notes and other legal work products
• Assist in matters relating to real estate and property law
• Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year law programme
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in real estate law and transactional practice
• Students in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th semester are particularly encouraged to apply
