Jog & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern at its Pratap Nagar, Nagpur office. The opportunity is suitable for law graduates, including freshers, who are interested in developing practical experience across corporate and litigation practice.
• Assist with legal research relating to corporate and commercial laws
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) matters and transactions
• Assist with due diligence exercises and documentation review
• Conduct research and assist with data privacy matters
• Assist in civil and criminal litigation work
• Support drafting, reviewing and managing contracts
• Assist with preparation and review of legal documents
• Work on assigned legal research and documentation tasks under the supervision of the legal team
• LL.B. degree
• Freshers can apply
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Interest in corporate and litigation practice
• Willingness to learn and take up diverse legal assignments
