• Provide legal advice and guidance on matters relating to Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, notifications and judicial decisions.
• Draft, review and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices and other legal instruments.
• Assist in handling litigation and legal proceedings before courts, tribunals and other authorities.
• Coordinate with external advocates and legal professionals in ongoing matters.
• Examine legal issues arising in contracts, commercial transactions and business operations.
• Advise internal departments on legal and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in preparation of legal opinions, briefs and case-related documents.
• Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory developments affecting the organisation.
• Support the legal department in managing and resolving disputes and other legal matters.
• LL.B. degree required
• Minimum 2 years of work experience after obtaining the LL.B. degree
