ALTEN Global Technologies Private Limited is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to support its India internal legal operations. The internship provides practical exposure to corporate legal work, particularly contracts, compliance and due diligence.
• Draft and review MSAs, NDAs and SOWs
• Review contractual terms and assess compliance requirements
• Research regulatory developments and legal updates
• Assist with due diligence and compliance screening
• Maintain contract repositories and trackers
• Coordinate collection of compliance-related information and data
• 5-Year LL.B.: 3rd year or above
• 3-Year LL.B.: 3rd year or above
• Students pursuing a Master's programme in Business, Company or Corporate Law may also apply
• Minimum 65% marks or 7.5 SGPA in each semester
• Strong legal research, analytical and communication skills
