The firm is looking for an Associate – Litigation with at least 1 year of litigation experience. The position involves legal research, drafting, case preparation, court assistance and handling matters before different courts and forums.
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents
• Prepare case notes and matter briefs
• Assist in court matters and hearings
• Handle day-to-day litigation assignments
• Work on matters before various courts and forums
• Support ongoing litigation proceedings
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Genuine interest in litigation
• Prior court exposure preferred
• Ability to handle day-to-day litigation work
