Tata Capital is hiring an LL.B. graduate for the position of Legal Manager – Warrant Execution at its Noida Sector 62 location.
• Handle legal matters relating to warrant execution
• Work on proceedings involving Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
• Handle matters involving Arbitration
• Coordinate legal/recovery proceedings and execution-related work
• Maintain and manage relevant legal data and records using MS Excel
• LL.B. Graduate
• Strong knowledge of Section 138 NI Act
• Good understanding of Arbitration
• Good command of MS Excel
• Noida/Ghaziabad residents only
• Age: Up to 38 years
