SSA is hiring an Associate (Litigation) for its New Delhi office. The role involves handling complex litigation and disputes before courts and tribunals, with substantial exposure to banking, insolvency, commercial and recovery matters.
• Draft pleadings, applications, replies, rejoinders and written submissions
• Draft legal notices and legal opinions
• Appear before High Courts and various tribunals
• Handle matters before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT and DRAT
• Conduct legal research and assist in litigation strategy
• Brief Senior Advocates
• Manage litigation matters from inception to conclusion
• Coordinate with clients, local counsel and internal teams across jurisdictions
• 1–2 years PQE
• Prior litigation experience preferred
