APM Consulting is seeking a tech-savvy Legal Intern to work at the intersection of law, business, technology and consulting. The role provides exposure to multiple companies, industries and commercial situations rather than limiting the intern to conventional legal research.

The internship is designed for candidates who want to understand how businesses operate and how legal considerations influence commercial decision-making. It involves direct interaction with clients and practical involvement in ongoing corporate and business matters.
• Communicate and coordinate directly with clients
• Manage matter trackers and maintain detailed timesheets
• Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of assigned tasks
• Conduct legal research across corporate and business matters
• Assist with legal and business advisory work
• Work on assignments for multiple companies and clients
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents
• Assist with preparation and review of business documentation
• Strong digital and technological proficiency
• Comfortable using AI tools, digital workflows and new technology platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines and client interactions
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in understanding businesses
• Strong legal fundamentals
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
• Professionalism, ownership and attention to detail
