Beacon Trusteeship Limited is hiring for Associate / Manager / Senior Manager – Legal positions in Mumbai. A total of 5 positions are available, with preference given to candidates based in Mumbai. Freshers can apply, while candidates with relevant experience are also preferred.
• Draft and vet finance and security documents for secured and unsecured corporate borrowings
• Liaise with lenders, borrowers, lawyers, valuers, investors and internal teams
• Coordinate with legal counsel for finalisation of transaction documents
• Represent the company before government, semi-government and local authorities where required
• Monitor security creation, statutory filings and insurance renewals
• Handle post-execution requirements and related escalations
• Protect investor rights and lender interests
• Monitor financial and regulatory requirements, including DRR, ratings and issuer-company financial conditions
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Undertake other legal assignments as required by the company
• LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed college/university
• Freshers can apply
• Relevant experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
