Platos Law is inviting applications from motivated law students for a long-term litigation internship at its New Delhi office. The opportunity is focused on practical exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, case preparation, and court proceedings.
Post Details
The internship is intended for students who are genuinely interested in litigation and want substantive practical experience rather than merely an internship certificate. Continuation beyond the first month will depend on the intern's performance, commitment, quality of work, and willingness to continue.
• Conduct litigation-related legal research
• Assist with case preparation
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Attend and observe court proceedings
• Work on matters before NCLT and NCLAT
• Assist with DRT and DRAT matters
• Work on RERA proceedings
• Gain exposure to District Courts and High Courts
• Assist with matters before other tribunals and judicial forums
• Motivated and committed law students
• Candidates with a genuine interest in litigation
• Students willing to take responsibility and learn through practical legal work
• Strong interest in legal research, drafting, and court practice is advantageous.
