Factum Law is hiring three Associates for its Coimbatore office:
• 1 Associate: 5–6 years PQE
• 2 Associates: 0–3 years PQE
The firm is looking for lawyers who can think independently, draft effectively, strategise on matters, and take ownership of their work.
• Handle legal matters and assignments
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and review legal documents
• Assist in developing litigation/legal strategies
• Interact with clients and understand their requirements
• Take ownership of assigned matters
• Manage matters independently depending on experience
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Coimbatore office
For 0–3 years PQE positions:
• Freshly qualified advocates and lawyers with up to 3 years of experience
• Strong legal fundamentals
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities
• Ability to take ownership of assigned work
For 5–6 years PQE position:
• 5–6 years of post-qualification experience
• Ability to independently handle matters
• Strong client interaction and management skills
• Ability to take responsibility from the outset
• Strong drafting and strategic legal skills
