T.P.L. Global, LLC is hiring an Attorney for its Ahmedabad office. The selected candidate will support the firm's U.S. immigration practice by assisting attorneys in preparing and managing immigration cases while working closely with clients and legal teams.
• Conduct client intake interviews
• Collect and organize client documents and evidence
• Draft immigration applications and petitions
• Prepare and organize filing packages for USCIS and EOIR
• Provide administrative and case management support
• Communicate with clients and attorneys regarding case progress
• Assist in handling Family Petition, U-Visa, Asylum, Naturalization, and other immigration matters
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn U.S. immigration law
• Prior experience in immigration law is preferred but not mandatory.
