The internship offers law students practical exposure to corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, legal drafting, and advisory work under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law matters
• Assist in legal due diligence exercises
• Draft and review corporate and transactional documents
• Support mergers and acquisitions transactions
• Assist the team in regulatory and compliance assignments
• Prepare legal notes and transaction-related documentation
• Law students eligible for assessment internships as specified by the firm
• Strong interest in General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate law environment
