T.P.L. Global, LLC is hiring an Attorney for its Ahmedabad office to support its U.S. immigration practice. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced U.S. immigration attorneys on family petitions, asylum, U-Visa, naturalization, and other immigration matters.
• Conduct client intake interviews
• Collect and organize client documents and evidence
• Draft immigration applications and petitions
• Prepare filing packages for submission before USCIS and EOIR
• Provide administrative and case management support
• Communicate professionally with clients and attorneys
• Ensure timely completion of assigned matters
• Experience in handling legal matters with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments
• Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
• Prior exposure to U.S. immigration law is preferred but not mandatory
