Applications are invited for the Full-Time Legal Internship Programme at the Competition Commission of India, New Delhi. The internship offers practical exposure to competition law, regulatory analysis, policy research, and the functioning of India’s competition regulator. Interns work under designated officers in various divisions of the Commission
• Undertake research relating to Competition Law and policy matters
• Assist officers of the Commission in assigned projects
• Work with different divisions of CCI
• Analyze legal and regulatory issues concerning market competition
• Prepare reports, notes, and presentations
• Deliver a presentation on assigned work at the end of the internship
• Indian nationals only
• Students of the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme
• Students of the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme (including those entering the 4th year)
• LL.M. students
• Candidates should be enrolled in recognized institutions and have exposure to Competition Law
• Students holding confirmed placement offers are generally not eligible.
