Chambers of Samarth Luthra is inviting applications from eligible law students for an internship opportunity during August 2026. Selected interns will gain practical experience by assisting in ongoing matters before the Delhi High Court, CAT, NCLAT, and criminal courts across Delhi.
• Conduct legal research on ongoing litigation matters
• Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and applications
• Prepare case notes and legal research briefs
• Attend and observe court proceedings across different forums
• Assist with day-to-day chamber work and case preparation
• Support advocates in ongoing litigation matters
• Law students who are at least in the 3rd year of a 5-year integrated law course
• Law students who are at least in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. course
• Students interested in litigation practice and court proceedings
