Chambers of Milind Mohul Ghosh is inviting applications from law students interested in gaining practical experience in litigation. Selected interns will work on legal research, drafting of pleadings and applications, court observation, and other day-to-day chamber assignments.
• Conduct legal research on ongoing litigation matters
• Assist in drafting pleadings and applications
• Prepare legal notes and case-related documents
• Observe court proceedings
• Assist with day-to-day chamber work
• Support the litigation counsel in ongoing matters
• Students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law course
• Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Demonstrated interest in litigation
