Trust Law Associates is urgently hiring an Advocate – Loan Settlement & Disputes for its Mayur Vihar, New Delhi office. The position is intended for immediate joiners with hands-on experience in handling financial disputes, loan defaults, negotiations, and settlement matters.
• Handle and negotiate loan settlements and default cases
• Manage financial dispute matters
• Draft, review, and finalize settlement agreements
• Prepare and review legal correspondence related to loan settlement and disputes
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage caseloads efficiently
• Work towards securing favourable outcomes in financial dispute matters
• Qualified Advocate with relevant legal experience
• Hands-on experience in financial disputes, loan defaults, or debt resolution
• Strong understanding of financial and banking laws
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple matters and manage caseloads effectively
