Petpooja is hiring a Legal Intern for an on-site internship in Ahmedabad. The role offers practical exposure to corporate legal operations, contract management, compliance, legal research, corporate governance, and intellectual property documentation.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records
• Track contract renewals and legal documentation
• Assist in preparing legal notices, correspondence, and internal documentation
• Support legal compliance activities and maintain compliance records
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding legal documentation
• Provide administrative support for ongoing legal matters and corporate governance activities
• Assist with intellectual property documentation and record maintenance, where required
• Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the legal team
• Final-year LL.B. students
• Recent LL.B. graduates
• Strong interest in corporate law and contract management
• Basic understanding of commercial laws and legal documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good legal research and analytical skills
