Choudhary Law Associates is hiring for the position of Legal Associate cum Legal Trainee at its Bhopal office. The opportunity is open to candidates with 0–4 years of experience and involves exposure to litigation, corporate advisory, ADR, legal
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, writ petitions, suits, appeals, legal opinions, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and judicial/quasi-judicial authorities, depending on experience
• Assist with litigation strategy and court proceedings
• Handle Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) matters
• Attend client meetings and legal consultations
• Maintain case files and ensure procedural compliance
• Conduct due diligence, document review, and legal compliance assignments
• Coordinate with clients and assist in matter management
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• Bar Council enrollment preferred for the Associate position
• Fresh graduates awaiting enrollment may apply for the Trainee position
• 0–4 years of experience in litigation, corporate advisory, or ADR
• Excellent command of English and Hindi
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Sound knowledge of applicable laws
• Ability to independently draft legal documents, agreements, contracts, and legal opinions
• Proficiency in MS Office, SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, and AI-assisted legal research tools
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings
