Sachin Mahendra & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Full-Time Associate (Advocate) at its Noida office. This opportunity is open to fresh law graduates seeking hands-on experience in litigation, taxation, and corporate advisory.
• Assist in matters relating to GST, Income Tax, Customs & Excise, and Offshore Taxation
• Support tax planning and advisory assignments
• Work on Corporate Law and Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) matters
• Assist in Civil and Criminal Litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, opinions, and legal documents
• Support senior advocates in case preparation and client advisory
• LL.B. or Integrated LL.B. degree
• Fresh law graduates are eligible to apply
• An additional professional qualification along with LL.B. is preferred
• Strong analytical, legal research, and drafting skills
• Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Noida
