UGRO Capital Ltd is inviting applications for the positions of Legal Executive, Deputy Manager (DM), Assistant Manager (AM), and Legal Manager in the Business Legal (Non-Litigation) department. The role involves providing legal support for business operations, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Review, draft, and vet loan and business-related documents
• Provide legal support for business and lending operations
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment
• Advise internal stakeholders on non-litigation legal matters
• Coordinate with business teams for legal documentation and approvals
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Legal (Non-Litigation)
• Strong knowledge of legal documentation and compliance
• Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Local candidates from Jaipur will be preferred
• Candidates with a litigation profile are not eligible to apply
