Tata Capital is inviting applications for the position of Manager – Legal (Corporate & Structured Finance). The role involves providing legal support for corporate and structured finance transactions, drafting and negotiating finance documents, managing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate finance and commercial agreements
• Provide legal support for corporate and structured finance transactions
• Advise business teams on legal and regulatory issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking and financial laws
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders
• Handle legal documentation for lending and infrastructure finance matters
• LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred, if applicable)
• 3–6 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate finance, structured finance, banking, or infrastructure transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills
• Experience in the NBFC, Banking, Infrastructure, or Cleantech sectors will be preferred
