LegalMAGE Law Firm is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate (Cyber Law). The selected candidate will work on cyber fraud investigations, bank account freeze matters, criminal litigation, legal drafting, and appearances before courts and government authorities across India.
• Handle cyber fraud investigation matters
• Assist in bank account freeze and recovery cases
• Draft legal notices, petitions, applications, and other legal documents
• Appear before Courts, Cyber Cells, and Government Authorities
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist in criminal litigation and client advisory
• Coordinate with clients and authorities on cyber law matters
• LL.B. Degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with any State Bar Council
• Freshers and advocates with up to 5 years of experience are eligible to apply
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
• Interest in cyber law and criminal litigation
