FourFold Legal is hiring an HR Recruiter for its Noida office. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and building a strong talent pipeline.
• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment platforms
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Hai, and Apna job portals
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
