The organization is hiring a Legal Associate to manage commercial agreements, intellectual property matters, and legal advisory work. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in contract drafting and trademark law who are looking to build expertise in commercial and IP practice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor, service, and partnership agreements
• Manage the complete lifecycle of trademark protection, including clearance searches, filings, prosecution, oppositions, and infringement matters
• Provide legal advice on contract compliance, intellectual property strategy, and corporate legal matters
• Support commercial transactions and legal risk management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal and contractual issues
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• 1–3 years of experience in contract drafting/review and trademark law
• Enrolled with a State Bar Council
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Candidates based in Gurugram will be preferred
