• Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities
• Handle cold and warm calling to engage potential learners
• Guide candidates through the admission process
• Maintain communication with prospective students and resolve queries
• Achieve counselling and enrollment targets
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners
