S&P Legal is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern for a paid online internship. The internship offers practical experience in litigation, corporate, and advisory matters under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
• Conduct legal research on assigned matters
• Draft legal documents, notices, and opinions
• Assist in litigation, corporate, and advisory work
• Analyze case laws and prepare legal summaries
• Support legal documentation and compliance assignments
• Perform other legal tasks assigned by the team
• Pursuing LL.B./LL.M. or recent law graduates
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Proficiency in Bengali is mandatory
• Knowledge of Hindi, English, or any additional regional language is an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills and professional work ethics
• Ability to work remotely with discipline and commitment
