A Y & J Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Remote Immigration Paralegal. The selected candidate will work closely with senior solicitors on UK immigration matters, handling legal research, client communication, document management, and drafting while working remotely from India.
• Collect and organize client documents and case files
• Conduct legal research on UK immigration laws and procedures
• Draft letters, legal documents, and responses for review
• Respond to client queries and provide case updates
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the legal team
• Ensure timely submission of immigration applications and related documents
• Law Graduate or equivalent legal qualification
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior exposure to immigration law or paralegal work will be an advantage.
