RSA Law Consultants is inviting applications for its August 2026 Legal Internship. The internship is conducted in an offline mode and provides hands-on experience in corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and corporate advisory matters under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Work on corporate and commercial litigation matters
• Assist in arbitration and insolvency proceedings
• Support corporate advisory assignments
• Gain exposure to matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, and Delhi High Court
• Law students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme
• Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Prior internship experience in corporate litigation, arbitration, insolvency, or related practice areas will be an added advantage.
