• Draft, review, and negotiate IT, technology, and commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice on corporate and business transactions
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks
• Support internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters
• Coordinate with business teams and external counsel when required
• Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance
• Assist in legal documentation, negotiations, and policy implementation
