Sim And San is hiring experienced lawyers for its IP Litigation Team, Construction/Infrastructure Arbitration Team, and White Collar Crime Team at its Delhi office. The positions offer an opportunity to work on complex disputes and high-value litigation matters in a reputed full-service law firm.

  • • Handle matters related to the assigned practice area
    • Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions
    • Conduct legal research and case preparation
    • Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums, as applicable
    • Coordinate with clients and senior advocates on ongoing matters
    • Assist in litigation strategy and dispute resolution processes
  • • IP Litigation Team: 4–6 years of experience in IP litigation, particularly trademarks, media & entertainment, and technology litigation
    • Construction/Infrastructure Arbitration Team: 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end construction and infrastructure arbitration matters
    • White Collar Crime Team: 5–7 years of experience in handling white-collar crime disputes
    • Strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills
