The National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) is a statutory regulatory body established under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, under Section 132 of the Companies Act, 2013. NFRA is responsible for overseeing accounting and auditing standards, monitoring compliance, and strengthening transparency in financial reporting.

Post Details
NFRA is inviting applications for the post of Young Professional (Legal) on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will assist the Authority in legal research, drafting, litigation support, legal advisory, and regulatory matters relating to corporate and financial reporting laws.

  • • Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory laws
    • Draft petitions, counter affidavits, legal opinions, and other legal documents
    • Assist in handling litigation and legal advisory matters
    • Support legal compliance and regulatory functions of NFRA
    • Maintain legal records and case documentation
    • Assist senior officers in day-to-day legal assignments
  • • LL.B. or Integrated 5-Year B.A. LL.B. from a recognized University/Institute
    • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in legal matters
    • Desirable: LL.M. (Preferably in Corporate Law)
    • Experience in Corporate Law, regulatory bodies, or government organizations is preferred
    • Maximum Age: 32 Years
