The hiring is being conducted through a placement consultancy on behalf of its client in the Real Estate and Construction industry. The selected candidate will work with an organization engaged in real estate development and construction projects.

  •  Handle legal matters relating to real estate and construction projects
    • Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts
    • Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations
    • Provide legal advice on property-related transactions and disputes
    • Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment
    • Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and government authorities
  • LL.B./LL.M. or equivalent legal qualification
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance
    • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage complex legal matters independently
