The Chambers of Adv. Moksh Jain is a Mumbai-based litigation practice representing clients before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Metropolitan Magistrate (MM) Courts, and various tribunals. The chambers handles matters across civil, criminal, and commercial litigation.

  • Assist in handling civil, criminal, and commercial litigation matters
    • Appear before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, MM Courts, and local tribunals
    • Conduct legal research and case preparation
    • Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
    • Coordinate court filings and litigation-related documentation
    • Assist in client consultations and matter management
  • Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of litigation experience
    • Mumbai residents only
    • Strong legal research and drafting skills
    • Interest in litigation and court practice
    • Ability to work in a physical office environment
