Conduct POSH awareness and sensitization training sessions • Facilitate workshops on workplace harassment prevention and compliance • Support organizations in implementing POSH policies and procedures • Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports • Assist in compliance and employee awareness initiatives • Stay updated on developments related to POSH laws and workplace regulations
Law graduates or professionals with relevant compliance experience • Knowledge of the POSH Act and workplace compliance frameworks • Strong presentation, communication, and training skills • Ability to engage diverse audiences effectively • Prior experience in conducting training sessions preferred
