Assist and handle matters before the NCLT, High Court, and Tribunals • Draft petitions, replies, applications, and other legal documents • Conduct legal research and case preparation • Support hearings and court proceedings • Assist in overall matter management and client servicing
1–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) • Strong legal drafting and research skills • Basic understanding of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Law • Willingness to learn and take responsibility • Interest in litigation and tribunal practice
